Common questions
My stamps are gone / my notebook is empty
Please don't delete the app yet. Go to Profile → Export Data, then email me the file along with roughly when it happened and I'll look into it. Deleting the app also deletes the local data.
Do I need an account?
No. Stamping, writing in your notebook, and browsing Review all work offline, and everything stays on your device. You only need to sign in to sync across your devices — phones and tablets, iOS and Android, all on one account — to keep a backup, or to earn coins (check-ins, tasks, and redeem codes are saved to your account).
I got a new phone. How do I move my records?
Sign in on the old phone and wait for sync to finish, then sign in to the same account on the new one. It works across platforms as well — iPhone to Android, or the other way round — and tablets share the same account. Without an account, local data can't be transferred between devices.
I never got the confirmation email
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, resend it from the sign-in screen. If several attempts fail, email me with the address you signed up with.
How do I cancel Premium?
On iPhone: Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Record Everything → Cancel. On Android: open the Google Play app → tap your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Record Everything → Cancel. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or by Google, so I can't cancel or refund one for you. Refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or Google Play's refund page for Google Play.
When Premium ends, do I lose the stamps I already used?
No. Stamps already pressed into your notebook stay forever. You just can't press new ones with the Premium-only stamps after the subscription ends.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Profile → Account to delete your account; your cloud data is deleted with it. Deleting the app clears the local data. Account deletion can't be undone, so export a copy first if you want to keep it.
Already uninstalled the app? Email zimo_2000@icloud.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete the account. We reply within 30 days. What gets deleted, and how long backups keep a copy, is described in the Privacy Policy.

我的印章不见了 / 本子空了
先别卸载 app。到「我的 → 导出数据」导出一份压缩包，连同大致发生时间一起发我邮箱，我来查。卸载会把本地数据一起删掉。
需要注册账号吗？
不需要。盖章、写本子、翻回顾都可以离线用，数据就在你手机上。只有想在多台设备之间同步（手机和平板、iPhone 和安卓，共用同一个账号）、想留个备份，或者想攒鸥币（签到、任务、兑换码都记在账号上）时才需要登录。
换了手机，记录怎么带过去？
在旧手机上登录账号并等同步完成，新手机装好 app 后登录同一个账号即可。跨平台也一样：iPhone 换安卓、安卓换 iPhone 都能带过去，平板也是同一个账号。没登录过的话，本地数据没办法跨设备转移。
收不到注册确认邮件
先看垃圾邮件。还是没有的话，在登录页重新发一次；连着几次都收不到就写信给我，附上你注册用的邮箱。
怎么取消会员订阅？
iPhone：打开「设置 → 点最上面你的名字 → 订阅」，找到戳戳！退订即可。安卓：打开 Google Play 应用 → 点右上角头像 →「付款和订阅 → 订阅」，找到戳戳！取消订阅。订阅由 Apple 或 Google 收款，我这边无法代为取消或退款；退款要走 reportaproblem.apple.com（App Store）或 Google Play 的退款页面。
会员到期后，会员印章盖的印记会消失吗？
不会。已经盖在本子上的印记会一直保留，只是到期后不能再用那些会员专属印章盖新的。
怎么删除账号和数据？
在 app 里「我的 → 账号」可以注销账号，云端数据会一并删除。本地数据删除 app 即可清空。注销不可恢复，建议先导出一份。
已经卸载了 app？用注册时那个邮箱发信到 zimo_2000@icloud.com，说明要删除账号即可，我们会在 30 天内处理。具体删掉什么、备份里还会留多久，见隐私政策。
